FOLLOWING THE SEASONS OF LOCAL MARKETS

The in in-house cooks, are happy to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner at home. Shopping locally for in-season ingredients, they cook beautifully presented meals, served family-style at the dining table overlooking the view. The menu includes traditional Balinese and Asian dishes, as well as family recipes from the Dolomites, using fresh fish, organic chicken from Wanaprasta farm in the Balinese forests, and ice cream from Ubud institution Gaya Gelato.
